How are orders shipped?

All orders are managed by Australia Post eParcel and/or DHL Express (international). Orders will be shipped within 1 business day excluding Public Holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, our Care team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your orders progress. You can use this number to track your order via Australia Post and DHL Express

What are your domestic shipping options and costs?

For deliveries within Australia, a flat rate delivery fee of $9.90 applies for standard shipping and $15.00 for express shipping.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

What are your international shipping options?

Yootropics ships to select countries internationally.

Shipping to New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $14.90 via Australia Post.

International shipping is also available to Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States and is charged at a flat rate of $34.90.

Most international orders are delivered within 10-15 working days from the date we ship your order. Please note there have been some delays due to reduced services from COVID-19.

Return Policy

We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that you are unhappy with for any reason, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase, and provided the product is unopened.

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact and our team will be happy to assist. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including any postage charges.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you take steps to insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Refunds are processed within approximately fifteen (15) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. No credit will be issued for material not in a resalable condition. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site. 

We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
